Sports Massage
We offer sports massage to treat a number of issues as well as helping athletes prepare and recover from sporting events.
Sports massage is a hands-on treatment used by experienced therapists to help with muscle tightness and discomfort, neurological conditions, posture-related pain, sciatica/lower back pain, soft tissue strains, and stress-induced muscle tension. Anyone can get a sports massage provided no medical reasons advise against it.
Sports massage is also an essential tool to help prevent sports injury during periods of sustained training. A pre-event sports massage will help increase circulation and flexibility to improve overall performance. Regular massages can help with muscle maintenance and reduce the risk of injury. A post-event sports massage will help you to recover quickly and effectively.
